There was so much water in the watershed that this watershed was shedding.
In celebration of my new taint and subsequent drop in fitness I decided to start a tease. The name of the game is "What is this?" I think it would be fun to try to identify some of that stuff we see on the roads from time to time. So here's the first thing.

I believe it to be expanding foam such as one would use to fill air seepage gaps in yer house.
